商品詳細 /Description of item 茅葺屋根は、ススキ、チガヤなどの長い繊維の葉や茎を持つ植物を材料にして作られた屋根です。 歴史は古く、縄文時代から茅葺の屋根を使用したと言われています。 その為、茅葺屋根の家屋は日本の原風景と言われます。 現存する茅葺屋根の家屋の集落は、岐阜の白川郷は有名ですが、その他にも京都の美山北や福島の大台宿などがあります。新潟県村上市でも若林邸や武家屋敷などは茅葺屋根が現存しています。 こちらのお品は、少し小ぶりで口縁は波打っています。 裾つぼまりのスッキリしたフォルムです。 コレクションというよりは、普段使いいただけると生きるお品です。 手描きの為1個1個、絵や形が微妙に異なっております。 その手作り・手描きの微妙な違いを楽しめるのはアンティークの魅力です。 予めご了承の上お買い求めください。 →　他のそば猪口はこちら This soba sake cup features a mountain village landscape design. When you think of mountain village scenery, you think of houses with thatched roofs. Thatched roofs are made from plants with long fibrous leaves and stems, such as Japanese silver grass and imperata. Thatched roofs have a long history and are said to have been used since the Jomon period. For that reason, thatched-roof houses are said to be part of Japan's original landscape. Shirakawa-go in Gifu Prefecture is famous as a village with thatched roofs, but there are also thatched-roof houses in Miyamakita in Kyoto Prefecture and Odai-juku in Fukushima Prefecture. Thatched roofs can also be seen at the Wakabayashi family home and samurai residences in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture. It is a little small with a wavy rim. It has a neat shape with a tapered hem. Rather than a collection, it is an item that comes alive by using it every day. Because it is hand-painted, each pattern and shape is slightly different. One of the attractions of antiques is that you can enjoy the subtle differences between handmade and hand-painted items.
